Refunds
We provide measurement charts and guidance for selecting the right size and length. Please be aware of our important terms: if you’re uncertain about which size to order, we encourage you to contact us for assistance. Returns can significantly impact our business, and we cannot accept returns if you haven’t reached out for help first.
If there’s an issue with the quality of the item, we will gladly accept returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued as a Luca and Lee voucher, as we are unable to provide cash refunds due to our status as a small brand. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Lead time
To fully understand the lead time, you will need some insight into the process. We are still a small brand trying to make its way to the top ethically and sustainably. We make per order to prevent waste, so what does this mean? Well, basically we don't have a warehouse full of stock that goes to waste when not sold. As we receive your order, the fabric is ordered from our suppliers in Cape Town. They process it on their side and once it is cut and ready to go we either fetch it or courier it which also takes a few days. Then as you know, linen shrinks with the first wash, therefore we wash and airdry it. Only then do cutting and sewing start.
We can assure you, we always try to get your order to you as soon as possible, but order at least a month before your event, sometimes we can make a plan, so reach out to us at lucaleethelabel@gmail.com.
Sizing
Feel free to reach out for assistance in choosing the right size. Check our size charts on Instagram or on the website; if you can't find them, email us at lucaleethelabel@gmail.com or send a direct message on Instagram. We exclusively handle inquiries via email or Instagram to avoid issues with returns. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Ethical, sustainable, local, and slow fashion
This brand epitomizes a holistic commitment to sustainability, ethics, locality, and the principles of slow fashion. Embracing sustainability, we prioritize eco-friendly materials (as much as we can) and production processes, minimizing environmental impact. Ethical practices are integral, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions for artisans. With a focus on locality, we source materials locally, supporting communities and reducing carbon footprint. In the realm of slow fashion, our brand champions timeless designs, encouraging consumers to invest in quality pieces that stand the test of time, reducing the demand for rapid trends, and fostering a more sustainable and mindful approach to clothing consumption.
Our brand is committed to sustainable packaging, opting for eco-friendly materials and minimalistic designs to reduce environmental impact. From recyclable materials to innovative packaging solutions, each element is carefully chosen to align with the brand's dedication to sustainability. We repurpose all linen scraps to craft items such as bow ties and more.
